A Happy Chicory × Les Givrés Collaboration
We've partnered with Les Givrés, artisanal ice cream makers, to create an ice cream that's out of the ordinary. Roasted chicory brings its toasted and slightly caramelized notes, perfectly balanced by a vanilla caramel swirl that coats every spoonful.
A meeting between the sweet bitterness of chicory and the roundness of vanilla caramel. Creamy, indulgent, with that subtle roasted taste.
Made by Les Givrés, in Montreal, with Happy Chicory chicory.

Ground chicory allows for optimal infusion, fully releasing its roasted aromas and natural sweetness. It offers a simple, familiar gesture and allows Chico to invite itself into consumer rituals with authenticity.

🚫 Do not grind before use. The grind is calibrated for optimal extraction.
☕ Alone or mixed
Mix a little ground coffee into your chicory to get the kick of coffee and the goodness of chicory - the best of both worlds!
🥛 Latte / 🧊 Iced Latte
Top with milk or a plant-based beverage, hot or cold, for a hot or iced latte.
Espresso machine
4 teaspoons (10g) for a single espresso
French press or V60 coffee maker
5 tablespoons (40g) for 500 ml of water at 80°C

Unlike coffee, chicory doesn't contain any fat, so there's no risk of it going rancid or losing its flavor. However, it doesn't like humidity 💧 so remember to seal your bag tightly to keep it fresh until the last cup!
